coffee

My wife says that when she goes back to work, she's going to set her alarm for 5 am.
She can wake up before the kiddies are awake to do the things she needs to do to get her day moving. Like work out.  And have her Americano. Uninterrupted.

I can relate.  Those silent morning hours are essential. It's the time I like to write.  And to read.  In peace.  Leonard Cohen says he wakes up at 4 am everyday to write. It's 7 am and I've already been up for hours.   And I've only had 1 Espresso.  And it's time to give Dylan a bath.
