dads: flounder & broccoli: 1 easy healthy meal for the fam

1. flounder (1 1/2 pounds)
wash the flounder in cold water, olive oil, salt & pepper, oven @ 400, 15-20 mins, done
2. broccoli
chop broccoli, steam it in boiling water, 5-10 mins, done
3. tjs brown rice, 3 mins in the microwave, done

happy wife, happy life.
