be a better man. be a better husband. be a better dad.  be a better friend.  be a better man.  it's not that hard.  stop complaining.  man up.  it's life.  if you can't cook, learn how. or get out of the kitchen. and just do the errands.  it will make everything better.

what it means to be a man in the 21st century is still undefined.  so we can be better.  better than what we are now.  so be a better man.  like sugar man.
