instant karma

I ran into a writer friend today on the street and she called me controversial because of the feedback I've received on some recent posts.  Who knew that the topic of parenting would get such a strong reaction.  The truth is is that in this digital age, people have opinions about everything and the time to voice them.  Some of my most popular YouTube posts such as my video with Michaela McManus always have hater comments on them (i.e.: that dude could never get that girl....that hater was just jealous).

The fact of the matter is is that there are a lot of haters out there right now.  But we can't let the haters get us down.  The naysayers who are afraid of change and look at me strange when I'm wearing an Ergo or doing pull ups on the monkey bars at the park.  I'm over it.  I'm over them. Why do we have to pretend that things haven't changed in decades?  And why you got to hate on me?  I'm not a politician.  I'm a musician.  And a father.  And a blogger.  And I'm trying to put good things into this world.  And I believe in Karma.  So stop hating.  It's a waste of time.
