the shape i'm in

I run 4 days a week.  4 miles a day.  That may be an a exaggeration but it's fairly close to the truth. I eat carrot, apple, ginger juices almost everyday.  I might be in the best shape of my life.   I used to not eat as healthy.  Before I met my wife, I would eat Carl's Jr. for lunch and pasta with no veggies for dinner.  But now I love to cook. And I love to cook for my girls.  Lots of salads and tomatoes and avocados and spring mixes mixed with baby spinach.  It feels good to be in good shape.  Next.  The New York City Marathon.
