what a bout. judah, the local, the brooklynite, the crowd favorite hanging on until the end. against garcia the champion. the crowd. like no other. like, people you would only meet at a fight or at the races. a different world exists outside your bubble. we were sitting ringside behind judah's camp....when one of the guys wouldn't sit down, the guy next to me looked like he was about to make the guy sit down. i guess guys that go to fights like to fight. oh well. the drinks were flowing and so was the people watching. i have to say, the barclay center is like the future. the future in that it's entertaining. it feels like an event. kind of like brooklyn bowl.
