Friday night is pizza night at our house and since we've become vegetarians, this is the pizza of choice. Pizza dough, pizza sauce and mozzarella from Caputo's on Court St. in Carroll Gardens. One of the reasons why we love our hood. Dylan insists on mushrooms, (we're lucky, we have a kid who loves to eat vegetables) with spinach and artichoke hearts. I still think my wife and I should open a restaurant in the hood that resembles all our tastes. Her Southernism mixed with my Midwesternism? Who doesn't like a Po' Boy with a Bratwurst as an appetizer? And Harper could sleep at the bar. Sounds awesome.
