day in the life of a struggling artist.........only in manhattan

so i was over @ TRL for Diddy, or P Diddy, i'm not going to try and pretend to know or act like i'm down and all that....(i'm mean, i'm cool...but i don't know if i'm hip hop cool....and diddy comes on and all the kids freak out and they ask him some memories of biggie and the audience awwws...and ohhhhss (like they really remember Biggie....these kids are like 14!)...and than we have to run up to CNN and a few of Diddy's boys gets in the car with me....and one of them asked me "what do you do for a living"...and i proceed to tell them i'm a musician and the dude is likee......"no what is your occupation?....and than I slipped P puffy's boy a dramas record, told him it was the shit....and to listen to it........so i finally catch up to diddy's van and the boys bust out and i'm coming around the block to meet my crew and this jag is in my way....so i get out of my car and politely ask the gentleman driving the car to move up a little....he does but the door man runs up to me and says i can't park there...so i say what about the guy in the jag.....and he proceeds to tell me that's dick parsons, the head of all time warner....so basically i made dick move for me....a truck driving, singing fool from the midwest......ha....only in manhattan.....
