it's time to throw out the christmas tree. it's time to wake up man. it's time to pretend like the past never existed. men were hit hard by the great recession....that doesn't mean the end of men though...it just means we need to take it in another direction...if we have nothing, than we have nothing to lose...the issue before was we had something to lose...our pride, our manhood, our overwhelming desire to hide our true feelings behind isolated walls that not even those closest to us could break down.....but why? And for what? because we're stubborn? because we're men? because we expected things to be different? well that's life....but the stigma still remains in society....and it shouldn't....but it comes from those trying so desperately to hold on to the past....when the world was a place where men worked and women stayed home and raised kids. well, that's not reality anymore.. so we need to move on.....and men have more freedom now than ever before....to create....to give back to their communities...to give back to their families...these new men are the new pioneers.... we just don't realize it yet....we are too focused on the day to day that we don't realize we 're breaking new ground....and many hold onto old values they hold so dear to their heart....and you can't hold it against them....it's what they know.....it's all they know....but it's not what we know.....and it's time we take that weight off our back and move forward....because it's the 21st century...and we're men....and there is so much for us to do to make things better.
